SATODEV is proud to announce that the GRIF ** software, developed for TotalEnergies and sold to over 200 clients worldwide, has obtained TÜV SÜD certification. This international certification is the result of a lengthy certification process involving SATODEV and TotalEnergies, marking a significant milestone in the continuous evolution of this iconic software.
For more than 40 years, GRIF ** software has been a cornerstone in the field of functional safety. Initially developed to meet the specific needs of TotalEnergies, GRIF has evolved into a robust and reliable software solution used by many companies around the world. SATODEV has been developing it since 2010.
TÜV SÜD certification is an international recognition of the quality and reliability of GRIF ** software. This certification attests that GRIF ** meets the strictest standards in terms of safety, reliability, and performance. For SATODEV, this certification is the result of several years of continuous efforts to improve and modernize the software while meeting the highest requirements.
This certificate confirms that the three GRIF modules: RISK, SIL, and TREE, meet the requirements of development tools classified as T2 according to the IEC 61508-3:2010 standard, and that they are qualified for use in the development of safety-related software, in accordance with IEC 61508 and IEC 61511-1:2016 standards.
