As you know, fires of unprecedented scale are affecting the Gironde region. Many towns have had to be evacuated, particularly Andernos and Mérignac—the two towns where SATODEV’s offices are located and where SATODEV employees live.
All employees are safe, and there has been no property damage; however, we are unable to access (either physically or remotely) the servers located in the two offices, which are 40 kilometers apart.
We remain available to our clients but are operating in limited capacity. We are not invoking the force majeure clause at this time, but we will likely not be as responsive as usual.
All your contact information remains unchanged.
Our thoughts are also with our customers who have been affected by the fires and who have been evacuated. If they no longer have access to their licenses, we will, on an exceptional basis, provide them with temporary licenses for one or two weeks until the situation returns to normal.
